How we would like to structure the deal:
With our initial ask of $1,000,000, that will allow us approximately two years to grow the company and to expand employees down the line. This funding would go towards marketing, salaries, testing, and trials of the product. We value the company currently at $4,000,000 based upon the rapid growth that the Mobile and Micro Learning markets will be taking over the next five years. Although we currently are in the idea stage, $1,000,000 is a small investment in enhancing the way in which we communicate.
As with any venture, we are always willing to discuss investment offers and opportunities.
